At Stellarhat we weave every rattan, bamboo and wooden lamp with care, patience and attention to detail.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we pack, ship and deliver your order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver nationwide to every province and city in Vietnam. Wherever you live, your handcrafted lamp will be packed securely and sent straight to your door.
2. Order-Processing Time

Cut-off time: Orders confirmed before 15:00 (GMT+7) are considered “same-day” and enter our queue immediately.

Orders confirmed after 15:00 (or on weekends / public holidays) are processed the next working day.

Standard processing is within 24 hours of confirmation.

Large or custom orders may require additional handling time – we’ll notify you in advance.
3. Delivery Time

*Transit times exclude processing, weekends and public holidays. Most deliveries arrive before 18:00 local time.
4. Shipping Fee
A flat rate of 30,000 VND applies to every order, regardless of quantity or destination.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our workshop you will receive an email with a tracking link, or you can log in to /my-account/orders/ to view real-time status.
6. Returns & Exchanges
If your product is defective, damaged in transit or not as described, please submit a request via /return-refund-policy/ within the timeframe stated in that policy. We will guide you through an exchange or refund.
7. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted, professional third-party carriers across Vietnam to ensure safe and timely delivery.
8. Delays & Exceptions
Natural disasters, severe weather, public-holiday peaks or health-related restrictions may occasionally extend delivery times. We will keep you informed and appreciate your understanding.
