At Stellarhat, we currently offer two secure and reliable payment methods: Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD). This helps us keep things simple, safe, and accessible while preserving our handcrafted model.

1. How to Pay

After placing your order, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

We will send you our bank transfer details via:

You can complete the transfer through:

  • Any Vietnamese banking app (internet/mobile banking)

  • ATM

  • Directly at the bank counter

Note: Please transfer the exact total amount, including a flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND, as shown at checkout.

● Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prefer to pay in cash? Simply choose Cash on Delivery during checkout.

  • You’ll pay the full amount (including shipping) when your order arrives.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package.

2. Supported Banks

We accept transfers from all major banks in Vietnam, including:

  • Vietcombank

  • BIDV

  • Techcombank

  • VietinBank

  • Agribank

  • Sacombank

  • MB Bank

  • VPBank

If your bank isn’t listed, feel free to contact us to confirm compatibility.

3. Payment Confirmation

For Bank Transfers:

Once you’ve completed your transfer:

  • Please send us a screenshot or photo of the transaction receipt

  • Include your order number and full name for faster verification

  • Send your confirmation to:

For COD Orders:

No need to send confirmation. We will process and ship your order directly.

4. Order Processing

  • Bank Transfer: Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • COD: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

If we do not receive payment confirmation for bank transfers within 3 days, the order may be canceled automatically.

5. Security & Privacy

We treat your payment and personal information with the highest confidentiality.
No payment or identity data is ever shared with third parties.
